Delivery times
Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days across Lebanon.
Delivery time is counted in business days from the day your order is dispatched. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery issues (late / missing parcels)
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us immediately so we can track it and take action.

Returns & Refunds (Broken / Defective Items Only)
Short summary: We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, faulty or broken. To be eligible you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery and provide photos/videos showing the damage. Contact us at +961 78 789 016 or info@solvvio.com
and we’ll guide you through the next steps. We cover return shipping for verified defective items and will offer a replacement or a refund.
Eligibility
Only items that are damaged, defective, or broken on arrival are eligible for return.
Claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
You must provide your order number and clear photographs or a short video of the damaged item and its packaging.
How to request a return

Our support team will review the submission and respond within 24–48 hours with an RMA (return authorization) and instructions.
What we’ll do after authorization
Once the damage is verified, we will arrange one of the following at our discretion:
Replacement (shipped at no extra charge), or
Full refund to the original payment method.
For verified defective items, Solvvio covers the return shipping cost and provides a label or pickup instructions where applicable.
If we cannot provide the same item (out of stock), we will offer a refund or store credit.
Refund processing time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days from the moment we approve the refund for the funds to appear in your account — timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
If the original payment method is not available (for example, cash on delivery), we will arrange a bank transfer or store credit upon agreement.
Non-returnable items & exclusions
Items returned for reasons other than being broken or defective on arrival are not eligible for refund.
Normal wear & tear, accidental damage after delivery, or misuse are not covered.
For sanitary or personal-care items (if applicable), returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or sealed packaging is broken.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel or update the order if it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, cancellation will follow the Returns & Refunds process above (only for defective items).
